Barclay Street Real Estate continues to expand its third party property management portfolio, reports Dennis Villeneuve Vice President, General Manager of Barclay Street’s property management division.
“We have recently added Fording Place to our portfolio, a 113,000 square foot office building located in the downtown core and we are proud to bring our management expertise to the property. In addition we have added 5 other properties, 3 retail and 2 industrial to our portfolio. With these additions our management portfolio is nearing the one million square foot mark and our goal is to continue to realize additional growth throughout 2009,” says Dennis.
