Wanda began her career at Colliers Macaulay Nicolls and went on to enjoy 4.5 successful years there as Senior Lease Negotiator, during which time she represented both Tenants and Landlords. During her last year at Colliers, Wanda was the top producer for the Downtown Office Leasing group. For the next 4 years Wanda exclusively represented Bank of Montreal as Manager, Real Estate (Western Region). During this time, she negotiated new and renewal leases of 258 BMO branches in AB, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, the NWT and Yukon Territories. She also negotiated the sale of the Yukon Territories branch.
Wanda currently acts as a Tenant Representative at Barclay Street Real Estate, working diligently to achieve the most competitive lease terms for her clients. During the years Wanda took leave from her career to raise her 4 children, she continued to upgrade her skills and was actively involved in the community. She is near to completing the Interior Design Certificate program from U of C, which will assist her to help her clients. Wanda enjoys volunteering, whether in schools, on her BC Condominium Board where she managed the redesign and residing of the 155 unit development, or currently as sitting Board Member of Alberta Ski Jumping and Nordic Combined.
Wanda also enjoys spending free time with her family and friends, has a passion for travel, and enjoys sports including skiing and waterskiing, exercise, the arts, painting when time allows, and taking courses.

Kris joined Barclay Street in the spring of 2013 as an Associate for the Downtown Leasing team, became Associate Vice President in 2019, Vice President in 2020 and Executive Vice President in 2023.
Kris immigrated to Canada in 2004 from Shanghai, China. Kris has been gaining experience in various aspects of the real estate business to best guide and advise clients since 2007. He was engaged in operating a real estate consortium which specialized in property acquisition and sales. Kris was partnered with a team of investors to purchase properties for the purpose of improving and reselling them at a profit, and maximize cash flow rentals.
Real estate is Kris's passion. Kris endeavours to provide his clients with meaningful solutions to their problems by developing a thorough understanding of their needs.
Outside of work, Kris enjoys his family time with his wife and son, regular boxing training, hiking during the summer and winter sports during the winter.

Allan Jones joined Barclay Street Real predecessor, Torode Realty, in 1987 after graduating from the University of Calgary with a degree in Economics. He became an original partner in February 2001 when Torode was sold to Barclay Street.
Allan specializes in downtown office leasing and has represented tenants/subtenants and landlords/sublandlords in over 2.8 million square feet of leasing transactions.
Although Allan deals with numerous large tenants in the marketplace, his specialty over the past 36 years is an Exclusive Listing Agent. Nicky commenced her journey with Barclay Street in spring 2021, stepping into the role of Administrative Assistant. In this capacity, she provided invaluable support to various teams including Suburban, Beltline, and Downtown Office Leasing, Investment, Retail, and Industrial, where her responsibilities encompassed crafting marketing materials, overseeing legal documentation, conducting research, and managing listing databases.
Her exceptional performance led to her transition in 2023 to the role of Office Manager, wherein she efficiently oversees the day-to-day operations of our office. With her adept management skills, Nicky now extends her support across the entire office, ensuring smooth functioning and optimal efficiency.
Prior to joining Barclay Street, Nicky amassed extensive experience in the insurance industry, serving as a licensed Broker and Claims Adjuster for 15 years. Transitioning five years ago to an administrative role within a prominent agricultural company, she further honed her organizational prowess.
