Aline is an Associate with the Edmonton Retail Team at Barclay Street. She received her education at the University of Alberta School of Business, completing her undergraduate degree in Economics and Law, and holds a Certificate in Real Estate studies. She was a member of the winning team for the 2019 NAIOP Battle of Alberta Real Estate Challenge. During her time in university, Aline also worked in retail banking.

Her passion for retail was formulated with her involvement in her family’s specialty health food store in Stony Plain – Homegrown Foods. The locally owned business was founded 25 years ago and continues to expand.

Aline is actively engaging in the communities of Stony Plain and Spruce Grove with organizations like Alberta Community and Co-operative Association (ACCA) and Greater Parkland Regional Chamber of Commerce.

She is the key point of contact and a credible resource to our clients, colleagues and the public due to business knowledge experience and processes.

After a brief absence, Anthony rejoined Barclay Street as the Director of Research in 2023 to compose the firm’s reports covering the office, retail and industrial markets in Calgary and the investment markets in both Calgary and Edmonton. With more than a decade in the commercial real state industry, Anthony has acquired a broad knowledge of trends – and influences thereof – driving industry changes and has written extensively on multiple market expansions, contractions and reinventions.

Andrew is a Commercial Real Estate Professional, serving Southern and Central Alberta. A graduate of the University of Calgary’s Commercial Real Estate Development Program, Andrew also holds his Property Management, Commercial Real Estate, and Residential Real Estate designations from the Real Estate Council of Alberta.

With over 10 years of experience managing some of Calgary’s most iconic restaurants, Andrew brings an established understanding of what successful retail looks like, and how to achieve it.

As a Vice President of Barclay Street since 2019, Andrew works with developers, landlords, and local and national retailers throughout Central and Southern Alberta. In 2020, Andrew was the recipient of a CoStar’s Power Broker Award for notable sized retail transactions. He continues to serve his clients by providing market expertise and professionalism, while keeping his commitment to putting his client’s needs first.

Andrew loves traveling to new places, and is checking off a new country visited every year. His weakness is good coffee, and better tequila.

Luke Stiles has over twenty years of commercial real estate brokerage experience. During that time, he has been active in the marketing, sales and leasing for projects involving land development, design builds, and building redevelopments. Luke has negotiated a wide range of transactions on behalf of tenants, landlords, owner/users and developers to provide top level service and valuable solutions. While Luke has previously focused on industrial and land plays, he has the tools to provide his clients with insight to the investment dynamics between all of the commercial real estate sectors. Roger Stoodley joins Barclay Street with 20 years of industry experience having earned his Power Engineering degree in 2005. As an operations Manager, Roger is responsible for the daily operations of the properties and providing support to building operations and property management team, handling various property operational issues.With dedication and attention to detail, he plays a crucial role in maintaining the high standards set by Barclay Street Real Estate Ltd.

In his spare time Roger enjoys riding his motorcycle, performing lawn care and maintenance for several clients. With a background as an automotive technician, he also enjoys performing minor repairs on all types of vehicles.

Trevor comes to Barclay Street Real Estate from Fish Creek Maintenance LTD as a general maintenance worker for 5 years. Having taken welding, wood working, and safety courses at SAIT, Trevor has performed a wide range of repairs on many commercial, residential, and retail buildings. Over the years, he has obtained a general knowledge on where a site needs service and providing the best route. He entered the property management world to explore his passion for working onsite, problem solving and getting the necessary repairs done in a timely and safe manner.
In addition to his primary job functions, Trevor was recognized for his commitment to providing quick and helpful service to all clients. In his spare time, Trevor enjoys his 1986 Toyota Mr2, the outdoors, and studying theology.

Shantelle’s journey in administration began in the Oil & Gas Industry where her career flourished. Eager to make a meaningful impact, she swiftly rose through the ranks, leveraging her innate leadership abilities, organizational abilities and knack for problem-solving.

Throughout her career, Shantelle has held various roles within the condominium management sphere, gaining invaluable experience in areas such as maintenance coordination, financial management, and resident relations.

In her current role as a Condominium Administrator at Barclay Street Real Estate, Shantelle oversees a diverse range of responsibilities, including assisting with budgets, vendor management, assisting the property management leadership team, assisting in complex projects, compliance of legal documents and policy & procedure enforcement.
She is known for her proactive approach to problem-solving, always seeking innovative solutions to enhance the overall experience.
